I'll show you how to make a NO FAIL meringue in this really

fast recipe.



If you don't have cream of tartar, you can use lemon juice instead.



*** I am using GRADE A ***  This means these eggs have been verified and considered some of the safest to consume.



Also browning the meringue may help in rendering the meringue more safe.  This type of dessert is consumed all over North America and I've never heard of anyone getting sick from eating meringue.

Easy Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe !

One bite and you will fall in love with this super fudge cake !  It's super moist and super fudgy in texture.  It's an Australian mud cake, but in simple terms it's a fudge brownie type cake.  It's dense like a fudge brownie, dark and delicious but it's also super moist and tall like a chocolate cake.



I cover the chocolate mud cake with a delicious dark chocolate butter ganache which is amazing.  The recipe for that is below.

Butterscotch is great on ice cream and desserts.  Brown sugar, heavy whipping cream and butter turn into a beautiful butterscotch caramel type of sauce.



If you are like many, you are wondering what is different about a caramel sauce and a butterscotch sauce.... well, caramel typically uses regular white granulated sugar, and butterscotch uses brown sugar.  That's all there is too it :-)
