These chicken balls are deep fried to perfection, and then mixed up with your favorite 

bottled pineapple sauce, plum sauce, sweet and sour sauce or cherry sauce. 

You get a nice bit of crispy outside, with a nice fluffy inside, and the chicken in the middle.
