Mini Chocolate Ganache Raspberry Cups

I'll show you how to make chocolate ganache raspberry cups !
I use Hershey's chocolate chips for this ! We first build a hard crunchy outer chocolate shell,
then make a beautiful creamy chocolate ganache, again using Hershey's chocolate chips,
and heavy whipping cream.
I'll show you that YES ! you can indeed temper chocolate chips !
Many say you can't, but I'll show you how easy it is !
I then top off the chocolate cup with a fresh raspberry !
