Let's make some really delicious mini Valentine's Day chocolate ganache cakes !

These tiny hearts are made with a deep, delicious chocolate cake base,

then chocolate ganache is poured over them, I then add a hand crafted heart out of pink

chocolate as a cake topper.

These desserts are sure to please ! I show you all from start to finish,

every single step, including making the chocolate ganache from scratch,

and also how to make the little pin hearts out of chocolate.
