I''ll show you how to make a delicious chocolate raspberry tart,  We'll start off with our pate sablee, which is a shortbread tart dough, we'll blind bake the tart shell, then pop in fresh raspberries, then flood the tart with chocolate ganache. I'll show you also how to make this easy chocolate ganache just using heavy whipping cream and Hershey's chocolate chips.   I'll finally drizzle white chocolate over the top of the finished chocolate raspberry tart.
