Yes !  a gluten-free chocolate cake, with not 1 type of chocolate, but 3 chocolates !



This cake is so good you will never ever guess it has NO flour in it !  I use cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and to top it off a chocolate buttercream ( Wilton buttercream recipe )

►A Note: - Yes, you saw me make an error... I did dust my cake tin with flour.  A big no-no. Dust the cake tin with cocoa powder.  The cake however is 100% gluten-free.



Please forgive my error, I wasn't thinking, and out of habit used flour to dust the pan as I do not follow a gluten free diet.
