I'm very pleased to announce that the chef of The Bazaar by Jose Andres, a girl called @chefhollyjiv has been named "Rising Starchef" by @starchefs. She is taking over the Starchefs Instagram account for the day so follow Starchefs and follow Holly on this Friday. Holly has been with The Bazaar since it opened nine years ago and started out as a cook. She worked hard, stayed focused and patient, climbed the ranks and was named Chef de Cuisine. She's built her staff in her vision, created her own food and followed the guidance set forth by @chefjoseandres. She's taken cooks that have come from CPK and mentored them and even turned one long time food runner into a cook and valuable contributor.
