With chef ❇️ @jimwhutchison ⚡BLONDIES RECIPE⚡ 😋😋😋😋😋 ... I took my blondie recipe and alongside white chocolate I used dried apricot and dates with pumpkin and sesame seeds. It came out 🔝💯 Feel free to be inventive and change up your inclusions. Butter 230 g Dark Brown Sugar 430 g Salt 4 Whole Egg 2 Each Vanilla Extract 15 g Bourbon 30 g All Purpose Flour 250 g OPALYS 33% 210 g Dried fruit 140 g Nuts, toasted 150 g Process 1. On standing mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the butter, sugar, and salt until thoroughly combined. 2. Add the eggs and mix until combined. Mix in the vanilla and bourbon. 3. Slowly add the sifted flour to this mixture. 4. Fold in the chopped chocolate, nuts, and fruit. Deposit into papered and greased pan. 5.
