Pate Sablée 
( Shortbread pastry / tart crust / shortbread pie dough )

I'll show you step by step, how to make the perfect tart shell crust that stands up to moist
ingredients like pastry cream and fruit fillings. It's called "pate sablee", it's a sweet shortbread crust.
