Today I'll be making really fast St.Patrick's Day cake pops !

but... with a twist ! I'm using Wilton's brownie pop mold.

This Wilton mold can be used with cake or brownie batter and gives you really good, quick results.

You can make 8 cake pops at a time. 

I'll make a simple white cake batter in this video, but you can use a cake mix out of the box,

or any recipe you like. We'll be using green food coloring in this recipe because these cake pops have a St.Patrick's Day theme.

Let's make St.Patrick's Day cupcakes ! ... Yes ! GREEN cupcakes !

We'll use a great moist vanilla cupcake recipe for the base,

and then make some yummy cream cheese icing to top them

off with some cute shamrock sprinkles.

Technically these are not green velvet cupcakes because there is no buttermilk in them,

but if you call them that, I won't tell :-)
