With ❇️ @iamusmanansari Strawberry 🍓 ring glazed perfectly Strawberry glaze recipe 150 gm strawberry pulp 100 gm sugar 100 gm Glucose syrup 200 gm condensed milk 50 gm gelatine powder 250 ml cold water to hydrate gelatin 300 gm Valrhona strawberry inspiration 300 gm neutral cold glaze Boil together pulp, sugar and glucose at 103 degrees Celsius. Blend to make a smooth mixture add condensed milk and gelatine mass. Pour this mixture into melted chocolate and use a immersion blender to blend at last add neutral cold glaze and color, blend until smooth.
