#Repost @charlotte_collard with @repostapp @bakelikeapro ・・・ • Not in my Kitchen • My Girl's Banana Bread just got out of the Oven & is Ready for a well-deserved Post-Ski afternoon Snack! Recipe & more ⬇️ • #charlottecollardNotInMyKitchen • RECIPE // • - 250gr of Self-Rising Flour - 170gr of Granulated Sugar - 4 Eggs - 250gr of Butter - 3 Bananas • - Mix the Sugar & Egg Yolks together then set aside. - Mash 2 bananas & add it to the Sugar & Egg Yolks mixture. - Gently melt the Butter in a Pan then add it to the Mixture. - Beat the Egg Whites till they form peaks & add it Very Gently with a Wooden Spoon within the Mixture. - Pre-heat the oven at 180°c. - Put the mixture into a Cake Pan & let it bake for about 1h (lower the temperature at 160°c after 20 minutes).
