The method of coating with a neutral glaze using a spray gun was not invented by me, it's just one of the types of its application. I use a spray gun if I need to glaze a complex shape, so that the glaze will be smooth and thin. Don't forget two important things, first of all, your cake has to be frozen very good, then you have to cover a cake right after you take off the silicone mould.
