#Repost @karinarc_5 ・・・ ✨🍫Fudge obsession🍫✨ One of my favorites✨ So smooth and delicious✨ 400 gr milk chocolate 40% Jivara @valrhonausa 40 gr cocoa powder ​ 200 gr heavy cream 40 gr inverted sugar (find recipe in my highlight stories) 20 gr unsalted butter 1. Semi melt the Chocolate in the microwave. 2. In a small pot bring the heavy cream, cocoa powder and invert sugar until it boils. 3. Pour the hot mix over the chocolate in 3 parts, mixing always with the help of a rubber spatula, fast and pressing down. 4. Once is well incorporated, pour it into a deep container, add the butter and emulsify with a hand blender 5.
