#Repost @karinarc_5 ・・・ ✨🍹Mojito Yumminess🍹✨ ✨Here is the recipe of today’s macarons ✨ 200 gr white chocolate @valrhonausa 35% Ivoire 50 gr heavy cream 10 gr inverted sugar 30 gr lime juice 10 gr mint 5 gr white rum 1. Melt white chocolate in the microwave 2. In a pot, bring to simmer heavy cream and inverted sugar, pour over melted chocolate making an emulsion with a rubber spatula 3. Add lime juice and rum, use a hand blender to emulsify, add mint and continue to emulsify until glossy and smooth 4. Let set for 5 hours and pipe in your macarons 5.
