It's a two layer piece that uses my favorite white chocolate, @cacaobarryofficial Zephyr. And I've paired both layers with flavours that are staples of Asian dessert fare. It's no secret that I love Asian inspired flavours, both sweet and savoury. They bring back great memories of my international work/travel days.
