Summer sure has flown by! In creating this flavour, I wanted to take you on a bit of a travel (and flavour) adventure. Back in 2007, I was working up in Aomori, and when I wasn't working, I travelled around the country a bit...in the pursuit of good eats. One of Japan's favourite dishes is curry, so there are a lot of opportunities to eat curry, while there. And with my British lineage, I can't turn down a good curry! Karē Yuzu. This week's feature pays tribute to both Japanese curry, and the bright citrus taste of Yuzu, infused in white chocolate and Ruby layers.
