With master chocolatier ❇️ @valrhonausa We're taking a walk down memory lane with our #Bestof2020 posts! Here’s your #3 favorite post from this year! “Get your hands on our L'@ecolevalrhona chefs' Black Forest Cake #recipe, made with MANJARI 64% cream and IVOIRE 35% vanilla Kirsch whipped ganache through the link in our bio. You may have had Black Forest Cake (and loved it 😋), but did you know the history of this dessert sparks some debate? Most historians trace it back to Germany, where it's known as Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, named after the Schwarzwälder or Black Forest region. A chef named Josef Keller is most commonly credited with inventing the Black Forest Cherry, as he called it, in 1915 in his café Agner in Bad Godesberg. However, evidence also points to to master patissier, Erwin Hildenbrand as having invented the Black Forest gateau in the spring of 1930 at the CafWalz in Tingen. Still others trace its origins to Sweden, where Schwarzwaldtårta is made with whipped cream, meringue layers and is garnished with chocolate. Whatever its true history, we can't get enough of this tasty classic!” #chocolatier #chocolatelover #handmade #chocolate #chocolat #bonbon #bonbons #cake #blackforestcake #chocolatier #chocolatelover #chocolover💥your photo was shared by: @bakelikeapro #bakelikeaproyoutube 👍 votre photo était partagé par #bakelikeapro
