With ❇️ @paulwagemaker_chocolates New base recipe‼️ • Make your own fruit puree (Can be used in a lot of bonbon fillings) Ingredients: Fresh ripe fruit or frozen fruit 1. Cut the desired fruit into equal pieces and put in a pan. 2. Put the pan on the fire and heat it while stirring until it boils. The fruit juices are now released, the fruit becomes soft. Let it boil (depending on the amount) for 2-10 minutes. This will evaporate some of the moisture and leave a more concentrated taste. 3. Put the fruit in a blender and turn it into a smooth puree. 4. Pass the fruit puree through a sieve so you can filter out any seeds and remnants of the skin. Leave to cool and your own fruit puree is ready to use.
