With @dangelo.michael MEDOVIK & HONEY CAKE 🇷🇺 💥recipe giveaway 💥💥💥 For the cream: 200g double cream 80g sour cream 70g mascarpone 22g gelatin mix 50g caramelized condensed milk Boil cream then add to chocolate and gelatine mix and melt, then pour into mascarpone, sour cream and keep into the fridge for 24h. Then whip with the condensed milk caramelized. For the dough: 350g flour 210g sugar 100g butter 40g honey 2 eggs 6g baking soda Melt in bain marie honey, butter and sugar then add the soda and the 2 eggs and mix properly, add the flour and mix until smooth. Keep the dough in the fridge to cool down for 40 min then take out and divide it in 9 pcs (around 80g each). Then spread each dough between 2 oven paper, cut into round shape, and with the fork make some holes.
