With master chocolatier ❇️ @paulwagemaker_chocolates ✅ RECIPE: 😳🔥 This is one of my favourite recipes, so delicious! • Cardamom •Mango •Yoghurt Ingrediënts: 120 gr. Mango puree 120 ml. Heavy cream 60 ml. Yoghurt 5 pcs.. Cardamom beans 450 gr. White chocolate 30 gr. Glucose Directions: 1. Bring the cream with the Cardamom beans to a boil. 2. Remove from the heat and cool down, put it the fridge for 24 hours. 3. take out the cardamom and heat up to 80°C add the glucose & mango puree, dissolve well. 4. Now add the chocolate and stir until it becomes a nice smooth filling. 5. Cool the filling back to 26C and stir regularly. 6. Add the yoghurt and mix it well. 7.
