With @paulwagemaker_chocolates CHECK THIS OUT‼️ • Elderflower • Grapefruit recipe😍 ⠀⠀ Ingrediënts: ⠀⠀ 400 gr. Cream⠀ 150 gr. Grapefruit puree 75 gr. Elderflower syrup 60 gr. Butter 25 gr. Glucose 980 gr. White chocolate @callebautchocolate ⠀⠀ Method: ⠀ 1. Bring the heavy cream to a boil and remove from the stove. 2. Add the grapefruit puree, elderflower syrup, butter, glucose and chocolate. Stir until it has become a homogeneous mass. 4. Fill the washbasin with cold water and put the cooking pot into it and stirring to a temperature of 25C. 5.
